Rizk Tower – Ashrafieh

The flooring was first carefully leveled before being treated à l’ancienne, achieving an elegant antique finish that enhances the character of the space.

Bathroom walls were similarly leveled and treated using the same traditional technique, ensuring visual continuity throughout.

The living room walls underwent a complete restoration and rehabilitation process, followed by a refined treatment to achieve a subtle antique satin finish.

The moutacca of the living room balcony was enhanced using the same meticulous process applied to the interior horizontal surfaces, creating a cohesive and harmonious aesthetic.
